CTE Intern Program The Intern Program is for high school and college students who have shown both artistic and technical skill and who have shown exceptional leadership skills. It promotes youth mentoring youth, with the guidance and support of skilled adults. To meet our interns for the current season, see CTE Interns.

Some interesting points about our training program are that while our interns vary in experience levels, (0-5 years as a CTE intern), they all participate in the training planning together with more experienced interns helping to teach/lead activities.
Teamwork, support, and respect are emphasized in every activity that the interns participate in and plan. It is also our belief that the interns should be practicing what they teach personally, so we are attempting to integrate master classes for the interns to tune their skills, in addition to participating in Intensive.

There are currently two openings for new Interns for the 2008 season. Applications are currently being accepted. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2008. Candidates will be scheduled for interviews in May 2008.
Intern Resource Library
We have begun to gather materials for an intern resource library. As of now, all the materials the interns use (books, cd's, etc.) are the staff's personal resources.
