Volunteers Needed! |

Spotlight and Showcase Shows
– If you would
like to volunteer to usher or sell
concessions, please
sign up at the high
school or
e-mail us at
creativetheatre@comcast.net.
We also need volunteer drivers for the Spotlight
Shows. If you can do this, please call CTE
at (360) 459-2093 or send an email.
Office Strike – We will be moving the staff
room and classroom materials on Saturday,
August 5th at 10:30 a.m. We will
also need volunteers to help clean the rooms
as we vacate them. If you can help, please
e-mail us at
creativetheatre@comcast.net or
just show up at the high school.
Set Strike – We need as many volunteers as
possible to move the sets, costumes, and
production materials back to the storage locker
on Sunday, August 6th at 12:30 p.m.
It’s important that we get as many volunteers as
possible. That evening the Staff, Interns, and
Board meet to review this season and start
planning for next year! |
|
Seeking New Board Members! |
E-mail and Website Changes! |

If you are interested in joining the CTE Board
for 2006 – 2007 please contact CTE at
creativetheatre@comcast.net or see a
Board member at one of the shows. New CTE
president Rick Peters and the rest of
all-volunteer Board perform many administrative
tasks each year which helps keeps the tuition
cost down. Tasks include fund raising, playbill
and poster design, bookkeeping, registration,
legal research, communication, website
maintenance, and many other things that just
need to get done. We are especially looking for
someone with accounting or bookkeeping skills
this next season. |
In an effort to serve our CTE family
and friends better we will be
working to change our website host
and e-mail service at the conclusion
of the season.
The website address
will remain
www.creativetheatre.org.
However, we will have more e-mail
addresses available so you can write
directly to the person you need to
contact. Please watch the website
for the new e-mail addresses and
information regarding next season’s
registration.
