2003 Summer Workshops  -  a Great Success!

We put the wraps on a very successful summer season. We had great recitals, art work, dance, music in all the workshops,
plus wonderful productions! It was a great experience for all.

Arts Festival culminated in an original production , titled:

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

A revue which saluted America's favorite past time through theatre, music and dance, all original pieces written by our own interns!

Intensive culminated in Bertolt Brecht’s epic theatre piece, titled:

The Good Person of Szechwan

In an unjust society, can only the good can only survive  means of evil? Brecht's dramatic work demands a focused, presentational and highly unique style that challenged workshop participants.

Showcase culminated in the production of the Olivier award winning musical

Honk!

A show with wit, charm, plenty of songs and dances for all and a message of tolerance that was perfect for family audiences

SPONSORS WANTED

CTE is looking for corporate sponsors for this summer’s workshops.  They  would sponsor an entire run of “Crazy for You” or “Pippin by covering the cost of royalties for those shows.  The sponsor would receive prominent recognition in all CTE advertising.

CTE is also looking for local businesses to contribute to the "Pay What You Can" performances for each workshop.  The PWYC concept for CTE is new this season and will hopefully attract lower income families and seniors.

If you have ideas for potential donors, please contact Greg Wellsandt at sunsetsam@comcast.net.  Please use “CTE Sponsor” in the Subject line.

COMBINED FUND DRIVE
